Our organic fertilizer is composed entirely of top quality chicken manure of Western European origin. It not only consists of nitrogen, phosphorus and
potassium (NPK), but contains a high percentage of organic material, adding to it important trace elements such as Fe, Mn, B, Mo, Zn and Cu. It comes in granules of 4-5 mm, making it easy to be broadcast either by hand or machine. We recommend 1 to 2 tons per ha per application. It is best stored in a dry place, but otherwise no special preservation measures are needed. The product is safe to handle and does not require any special precautions.

To increase the efficiency of your valuable crop and provide you with a sense of security Tolsma offers 'Tolsma Alert'. As part of this service Tolsma storage specialists monitor your climate control computer from their main office in Emmeloord, the Netherlands, through an internet connection. They provide you with their support & advice during the storage season, and offer personal support and guidance. In case deviating sensor measurements (temperature, relative humidity and CO2 measurements) are detected, you will be contacted immediately. You will also receive advice on the optimal values for your climate control computer settings so that you can increase your storage efficiency.

The Tolsma Vision Control is an intelligent storage computer that controls temperature, relative humidity as well as CO2 levels by regulating fans, hatches, heaters and refrigeration devices. Its advanced and user-friendly technology results in minimal storage losses as well as optimal energy saving.

The storage computer can be controlled by means of an internet connection (PC, tablet or smart phone) so the user can check the storage process or alter settings at any time.

Quality built to last

The high-performance Quadro Compact Cooler (QCC) with a cooling capacity of up to 87 kW is designed to be durable. The large evaporation surface creates optimal conditions for your potatoes, giving maximal storage efficiency.

The QCC can, optionally, be equipped with an internal hatch, so air from the outside can be used for ventilation. The horizontal set-up of the condenser ensures an optimum supply of air during external ventilation.

High performance, robust and yet gentle on potatoes

The innovative grader unit with its compact design and height-adjustable chassis is easy to integrate into the crop flow. The rubber web is low-impact on the crop. A special rubber discharge chute at the end of the web delivers the crop onto following equipment with a very low drop height. A soft lifter in front of the drive drum ensures gentle crop lifting without damage. By connecting several WG’s in series, different grading sizes can be generated in one step.

Gentle, fully automatic box filling

The GBF is a fully automatic box filler that can be used both during storage and during potato processing or grading. It is suitable for filling a variety of different sized boxes. The hydraulically adjustable gooseneck reduces the discharge height into the box, ensuring gentle box filling. The machine settings operated from the GBT operator terminal including ‘Flow-Control’ to start and stop the complete feeding line.

Intake of up to 8 m3 with extremely gentle crop handling, soil cleaning, pre-grading and picking

The RH 12 Combi suits especially medium sized farms. Its intake volume is up to 8 m³. It takes out soil, pre-grades and enables picking. The design of the hopper floor and cleaning unit, as well as the infinitely variable drive transmission combine high output with extremely gentle crop handling at the same time. The roller picking table turns the crop while transferring, to assist picking. Depending on the requirements as regards accuracy of grading and gentle crop handling, the Combi can be combined with a web grader, or a one- or two-stage coil unit. It has a capacity of up to 20 tons per hour.

The WR 200 delivers high performance and allows for gentle intake from the ridges into the machine. With it's long main web and centre discharge, the machine is specifically designed for areas where potatoes are picked up by hand after a short drying phase to make the potatoes’ skin more durable. Due to the large side haulm intake rollers (optional), haulm blockages are kept to a minimum.

This 2-row, trailed windrower has the following benefits:

The robust and durable Grimme 2-row haulm cutter KS 75-2 allows for high output harvesting. The flails can be adjusted to row widths of up to 90 cm. Deflector plates ensure exact haulm discharge between the rows, without blockages. It’s powerful suction and shear blades (optional) leave the ridges free of haulm. The support wheels are easily adjustable to the desired height. Easy conversion between front and rear mounting.

Also available as a 4-row haulm cutter KS 75-4, for row widths of 75 cm and over.

The GL 410 is a lightweight, mounted 4-row potato planter. It has a one ton bunker, and due to it’s short and compact design it can be mounted onto tractors from 70 HP. Manual driven planting elements ensure exact and efficient planting. A shaping board or cage roller is available for those growers who want to perform planting and ridge shaping in one working step.
